Hamburger Angolano (Angolan Burger)

Ingredients:
- A burger roll
- Slice of cheese
- 1 Large egg
- 1 Potato
- Lettuce
- 150g piece of beef steak
- Slice of ham
- Mayonnaise
- Ketchup/Tomato sauce
Method:
- Rub some salt and lemon juice into the steak, and then fry the steak on a high heat until medium.
- Grate white potato and fry grated potato in shallow oil until golden brown.
- Fry egg.
- Put all ingredients together on a burger roll: mayonnaise, ketchup, the fried piece of steak, ham, cheese, fried egg, fried potato chips and lettuce.
