Muriwo une dhovhi
(Spinach with Peanut Butter Sauce)

Ingredients:
- Spinach
- Oil
- Onion
- Tomatoes
- Peanut butter
- Water
Method:
- Chop spinach (3 hand full’s), half an onion, and a whole tomato .
- Allow all ingredients to boil in a pot with a cup of water.
- Once water has dissolved add 3 spoons of peanut butter and mix well.
Serve in plate and enjoy.
