Muriwo une dhovhi

(Spinach with Peanut Butter Sauce)

Ingredients:

  • Spinach
  • Oil
  • Onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Peanut butter
  • Water

Method:

  1. Chop spinach (3 hand full’s), half an onion, and a whole tomato .
  2. Allow all ingredients to boil in a  pot with a cup of water.
  3. Once water has dissolved add 3 spoons of peanut butter and mix well.

Serve in plate and enjoy.
