His album Titled “I Believes In Me: 2nd Quadrant”, managed to sell 20 000 copies in just a day. Late last month, iFani stunned the South African music industry when his history-making sophomore album “I BELIEVES IN ME [2nd Quadrant]“, released 29 April, went gold in a day, following an innovative viral campaign.
iFani ran a shrewd viral campaign, urging fans to get the new offering so he can break records and go gold in just one day of sale, setting the bar high, not just in the hip hop community, but in the South African music industry.
The rapper took to Instagram to confirm the news, sharing a snapshot of him receiving a gold plaque from his record label Sony Music Entertainment Africa.
Under his new cool role iFani has been sharing his musical picks and influences with the world via handpicked playlists, albums and songs starting from Tuesday, 05 May.
